Process

The difficulty and time it is going to take to remove the odor is relative to how much and how long it has been smoked in. If the condition of odor is to severe, our chances of removing the smell entirely is very low.

1. All Surfaces Are Vacuumed

• Every surface, from the carpet to the headliner will be thoroughly vacuumed

2. Clean All Plastic & Leather Surfaces

• Using a smoke odor cleaner, all surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned (even the hard to reach areas)

3. Extract All Fabric Surfaces

• Using our hot water extractor and a smoke odor cleaner, the seats, carpet, floor mats, seat belts, and headliner will be shampooed

4. Clean All Windows & Mirrors

• Every window and mirror will be cleaned to remove smoke residue

5. Completely Dry Interior

• Before we can continue, the interior must be dry. We'll place air movers to speed up the drying prosses

6. Begin Odor Neutralizer

• Using baking soda by spreading it across cloth and carpet surfaces for 3 to 5 hours to neutralize the odor. Depending on condition we will keep your vehicle overnight to absorb the smell
  

At the end of our procedure we have reduced or eliminated the odor. The end goal of this service is to remove the smell completely, not mask it with perfumes. We make sure the layer of nicotine is stripped from all surfaces will ensure long term results.

Do you come to me?

Although we do offer Mobile Detailing Services, we require you to drop off your vehicle at our home garage because of the intense cleaning taking place.

How long does this Detail take?

It all depends on the condition of the odor in the vehicle. It is very possible to take up a whole day and night.

Does it smell like chemicals in my car once you’re done?

Absolutely not! This is why we require your vehicle to be dropped off. The only way to completely remove any smells is to allow your car to have the proper amount of time to air out.

Are stains removed with this service?

Because of the intensive process of this detail all stains are addressed. Due to the nature of stains and the material it’s on, some stains will not come out completely.

Can you guarantee the odor will be removed?

That is the goal, but it all depends on the condition and severity of the odor. If we do our entire smoke odor process and the odor returns in a few days or weeks later, we will do another Odor Neutralizer Treatment completely free.
